Guest Access

Enjoy full access to the house. Please note that a Ring doorbell camera records audio and video 24/7. This device is motion-activated, faces the walkway, and does not face into the home.

Important Notes & House Rules

• Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. All other items must go in the trash can. If flushing prohibited items causes a blockage, a $250 fine will be applied.
• Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself, including removing hair from sinks and tubs.
• Trash Disposal: Trash is picked up on Fridays (recycling every other week). Cans may be put out Thursday night but must be returned by Saturday morning or a $75 fee will be charged.
• Lock-outs: There is a $50 fee if you lock yourself out of your room.

Pet Rules

We welcome your pets! To ensure a great stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines (Violation results in a $200 fee):

• Place all pet waste in a bag and dispose of it in the outdoor trash can.
• Please use the provided pet bowls rather than kitchen dishes; clean them after use.
• Do not use human towels or blankets for pets. Please bring your own pet bed/blanket.
• Incessant barking will not be tolerated.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by pets.
